Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with our purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Items ordered by December 10 will have until January 15 of the following year to be returned.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. After receiving that number, place item securely in its original packaging, and send your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return item. You may also use a prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid label, $5 will be deducted from your return. If you choose to exchange your item, that $5 will be waived.
After receiving your return and inspecting your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow 5 days from the receipt of your item to process the return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
